We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Products manufactured by 1911UltraTool are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for as long as you own the product, with consideration that 1911UltraTool remains a viable company. In the event that you receive a product that fails to meet your expectations, please use the contact information supplied in the accompaning Owner's Manual to contact us.

1911UltraTool's Terms of Sale as posted on the 1911UltraTool.com website supersede all previous Terms of Sale. These Terms of Sale cover all transactions between 1911UltraTool and our customers unless previously agreed upon in writing by both parties.

PRICING
Prices are quoted in US dollars. Prices in any 1911UltraTool publication (including, but not limited to the 1911UltraTool.com website) are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to pass along any surcharges or impose purchase restrictions or limits to our customers at any time; examples include (but are not limited to) special shipping and handling requests..  Pricing, photographic and typographical errors are subject to correction.

SHIPPING
1911UltraTool is committed to shipping orders for in-stock items within two business days to continental U.S. customers. This does not apply to orders for parts, items requiring custom setup or special packaging, and orders requiring payment review or additional consultation with the customer.

1911UltraTool shall not be responsible for delays in shipping caused by computer or electronic interruptions, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, strikes, riots, severe weather conditions, acts of God or any other forces beyond our reasonable control.

Current shipping charges are based on USPS flat rate shipping.

International Orders:
Currently 1911UltraTool does not ship internationaly.

PAYMENT POLICY & SALES TAX
1911UltraTool accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards via PayPal. We also accept personal check, company check,  money order or cashiers check payment on orders by mail under $500 total. C.O.D. payment is not allowed on any 1911UltraTool order.

Customers are fully responsible for payment of all applicable state and local tax.

RETURNS & REPAIRS
    Any 1911UltraTool purchase may be returned for credit within 30 days of shipment, provided that the item is (A) unused and resalable, (B) found to be defective in either material or workmanship (subject to QA inspection), or (C) not specifically restricted from return.
    Before returning any item contact us using the phone number supplied in the owner's manual or contact us using the Contact Page page for a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    We will not be able to process your return and properly credit your account without a Return Authorization number.
Please have your order number and 1911UltraTool item model number available when you call or contact us.

   If the return is a result of defect or an error by 1911UltraTool, we will gladly make arrangements for return at our expense.

   Returns that are not the result of  defect or error by 1911UltraTool must be returned at the customer's expense.
   Include with your return a copy of your invoice or packing slip, along with the Return Authorization number given to you by 1911UltraTool.
   All merchandise must be returned in its original item packaging. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

RESPONSEABILITY
1911UltraTool shall not be responsible for any loss of business, downtime, goodwill, late delivery, or any other commitment incurred by the customer that may be related to the purchase, use, repair, or return of any 1911UltraTool product without prior written authorization. As a seller, we make no warranties, express or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, suitability, or non-infringement including those instances where changes, alterations, or modifications are made in product at the request or instruction of the purchaser. Our obligation is limited only to the repair or replacement of defective parts and/or merchandise or, at our sole option, to refund the purchase price. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties, whether written or oral, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall 1911UltraTool be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages of any nature. A full refund will be given, subject to QA inspection, for any defective item returned to us and received by us within our 30-day warranty period in its original packaging. If an 1911UltraTool product is found to be defective, the value of that product is our only liability. We do not warrant or represent that our merchandise complies with the provisions of any law, particularly the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act, and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, and regulations promulgated thereunder.

Specific items that may not be returned:

  • Altered, etched, modified, or abused items
  • Custom-manufactured items.

LOST AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If 1911UltraTool selects The Carrier:
Please inspect all merchandise upon arrival, making note of  any visible damage or discrepancies.
If you observe damage beyond use or repair, if possible please refuse the delivery. If the damage is not noted at the time of the delivery but noticed later, you have seven (7) days (including weekends) to report the problem to us and arrange for a replacement order. Please keep all damaged merchandise for inspection by the carrier's agent, 1911UltraTool or until advised to do otherwise by 1911UltraTool.
1911UltraTool will file all necessary claims with the carrier.
